Amy-Jayne just got her first pair of Pointe shoes!
Yesterday my (I mean AJ’s) pair of Ballet shoes from Australian Girl arrived!
The shoes are so cute! They are pink silk with matching ribbons. They have a pink sole that is semi-flexable. I love all the little details, like the stitching up the sides.
The shoes can be a little fiddly to get on, and the ribbons can be hard to tie, so I think these would be better for a slightly older doll owner (around 8+). You could also cut the ribbons off and use them as party shoes, if the ribbons were too much trouble.
These would have to be one of my favourite thing Australian Girl has made! I give them 4 1/2 stars!
